For many years, it was little more than a collection of warehouses. Then furniture shops and interior design studios moved in, but they didn’t cater to the general public. This old warehouse district has been transformed into a hip, newer community that is growing tremendously fast. With the new additions to fine dining and shopping, it’s becoming the city’s next great entertainment destination.

The Design District got its name for a reason. In this area, you can find antique shops and upscale art galleries next door to high-end interior design showrooms. There’s also a ton of dining options and the breweries are our fav, giving this district even more reason to visit.

Your food bucket list can’t be complete without taking a trip to the Design District. This area houses a few of Dallas’ best restaurants including top-rated burgers and some of the best beer menus in town. Dallasites love this area for the patio scene, feel free to take your good eats outside.

There are a few reasons you might want to make the move to the Design District, location is probably one of them. Less than a mile away from American Airlines Center, and a short uber to uptown, this neighborhood has easy in – easy out access to the city’s hottest spots. This district also lies right next to the Trinity River where Dallas is currently undergoing a 600-million-dollar project to build an urban park over 12 times larger than New York City’s Central Park. We can’t wait for the community to enjoy these benefits.

Apartments in this neighborhood come with a more urban feel and right now there’s a bunch of new properties offering those specials we’ve been waiting for. There’s no lack of attention to detail with amenities like state of the art fitness centers, Olympic size swimming pools, and custom finish outs. These new apartments show a modern design that would make other jealous, and a price tag to make your budget happy. Let us find you that crazy deal you’ve been searching for in an area you’re sure to love.
